We’ve been so grateful to our supporters and audiences who’ve helped us sell out every weekend of Eurydice. As a result of selling out our final weekend of shows, we’ve added additional capacity to make sure that everyone who wants to see Eurydice, can.
Eurydice must close this Sunday, so you’ve got only a couple chances left to experience this five-star production of Sarah Ruhl’s iconic script.
When speaking about the production in his notes, our director Gary Abrahams reflected on what Eurydice offers audience who attend it.
At its heart, this production asks what remains after loss. What survives when language fails, when memory fades, when bodies disappear. Perhaps the answer lies not in permanence, but in fleeting connection — in the fragile act of reaching for one another despite knowing we cannot hold on forever.
We hope you’ll be able to join us this week to Eurydice, staged in Melbourne for the first time in over a decade, before it closes forever.
