Eurydice opens in a month!

Our fantastic cast & crew on Eurydice have just begun full time rehearsals for Eurydice, and opening night is exactly a month away. We’re incredibly excited for what’s shaping up to be an intimate and evocative exploration of how love is memory, and memory is love.
Our very first rehearsal on Monday began with a read through of the script with the full cast present—and it sounded splendid. The team that Gary’s brought together are already bouncing off each other in exciting ways, and bringing their own unique perspectives to the work.
Discussion afterwards was incredibly fruitful, as we chatted about how Ruhl’s own life is reflected in the work, and how to make the abstract and poetic language feel grounded and tangible. Big questions and discussions for sure—but all problems that our talented team will figure out in their stride.
